Articlel 2. applicability GENERAL CONDITIONS The following conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Any deviation (including diversification of the customer’s terms or conditions) requires our written permission.
Article 3. Contracts 3.1 After accepting your order we speak of a contract between the buyer and casabenelly.com. When an order is not accepted by casabenelly.com we will inform the customer about this.
Article 4. Prices
4.1 Prices by our articles are in Euro, including VAT tax. The VAT tax only applies for European buyers, on sales within the European Community. For export outside this area, it is just the net price in Euro. In that case there will be import duties to pay by the customer.
Article 5. Payments
5.1 We ship our goods after receiving the payment for it.
5.2 You can pay by making a choice in payment options during the order process.
Article 6. Terms of delivery 6. casabenelly.com will ship your order within 72 hours. We work with: DHL, UPS and General mail delivery.
Insuranceis included in our price.
6.2 If casabenelly.com fails in delivery within 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
6.3 If delivery is delayed or the order can only be partly delivered, the customer will be informed within 8 days. In that case has the customer the right to cancel the order without any expenses. In that case casabenelly.com will refund the payment within 30 days.
Article 7. Transfer of property The sold delivered or installed goods remain the exclusive property of casabenelly.com until the complete payment of the full amount on the invoice. Despite this right of property, the risk due to loss or damage automatically transfers to the customer from the moment the customers receives the goods.
Article 8. Right of renouncement A consumer has the right, when ordering via this site, to renounce his purchase, without fine and without giving a reason, in the time frame of 7 office days starting the day following the delivery. Used, installed, damaged or incomplete products however will not be accepted as returns. The right to renouncement is not valid on audio- and video-recordings from which the seal has been broken. The right to renouncement is also not valid on sheet music.
The customer can call upon the right of renouncement by means of a registered consignment in the time frame of 7 office days starting the day following the delivery, directed to Casa Benelly – Piet<
